Sweetycat Press has one mission: to elevate among their peers, readers worldwide, and in the world of publishing the status of the best emerging writers and authors on the writing scene today. An emerging writer is defined as someone who has produced some high-quality work but isn't yet well-known.

This group is not about how to write or what to write, but what you have written, with an emphasis on sharing links to traditionally published stories or poems (meaning, not your own blog posted stories or poems) when they are available. Promotion of books you have written is perfectly fine. Reviews and thoughtful discussion of what is shared is encouraged. Negativity for the sake of meanness will not be tolerated.
(Rule 1) If you post an article on any subject that you didn't write and hasn't been published elsewhere and you can't provide the link to it, or post an advertisement for services or products of any kind, it will be removed without notice.
(Rule 2) If you post anything that is disrespectful to anyone or any group of people it will be removed immediately and you will be booted from the group.
(Rule 3) Contact a moderator or the admin if you have a question about something you want to post.
(Rule 4) Advertising of anything other than your books is not permitted unless first approved by the admin.
While likes are fine, please use them only if you have actually read what has been posted. If you can't take the time to read what has been posted, adding a like is meaningless.
